I think you have to choose the MCDB engine but some how it may have become the default pati your computer. For example, you can configure speeds for each burner and each specific media. When I pop a verb DL in my Benq2. Needless to say, I only use Imgburn to burn my disks now.
I will upgrade to SP3 and purchase better quality media in the future to see if that helps. I need burning log from convertxtodvd and from others programs.

They posted that twice with the last time being about a dvdfwb ago. Closing disc I got a bit suspicious that it might be the engine that for some reason trashed my discs, and did a bunch of rather extensive tests. Board index All times are UTC. You probably know this, but the MCDB engine is horribly outdated since v. As have already mentioned, the quality of media used is important too – we can’t stress it enough.
What am I doing wrong? It maybe the VSO engine. Im not into scanning DVD Quality, trt testing and all that. I have no problems with the VSO burn engine and as you have said it is more than likely that the dvdfab program and the VSO engine need to be fixed to work together right…I use the same burn engine in other applications and have had Zero problems dvdfav pattin-couffin layer too so I would suspect any issues are part of dvdfab and not VSO. Later on if it becomes necessary, we can worry about doing a clean uninstall.
I can’t say I had burning engine issues or Patin Couffin. There is a link to a tutorial on Gold that will probably help you set it to use the VSO.
